HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Acute Care Case Management for a travel nursing job in Overland Park, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Acute Care Case Management

  • Discipline: RN

  • Duration: 13 weeks

  • 40 hours per week

  • Shift: 8 hours, days

  • Employment Type: Travel

  • Unit Specifics:

  • · Number of Beds :25

  • · Patient Ratios : 1:25

  • · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :

  • · Type of equipment :

  • · Documentation system: Midas, Meditech, Well Sky

  • · Scheduling requirements: m-F, 8 hour shifts

  • · On Call Requirements: none

  • · Floating policy:

  • · Patient Experience requirements:

  • Hospital Specifics-

  • · Certifications: RN Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

  • Minimum 1-year current acute Care Case Manager RN experience

  • RN or Licensed social worker

  • BLS

  • Active KS licensure Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

  • Midas and HCA case management experience

  • Prior HCA Hospital experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
