Ultrasound Technologist–Southampton, NY.

Local Pay: $63.02/hour

Shift Details:

  • Wed 2p-1130pm; Thurs 12p-9p; Fri 12p-9p & Sat 2p-1130pm(SCHEDULING IS NEGOTIABLE)

Ultrasound Technologist Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound imaging examinations

  • Prepare and position patients for procedures

  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images

  • Review images for quality and accuracy

  • Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort

  • Maintain and clean ultrasound equipment

  • Record exam results and update patient records

  • Assist physicians with diagnostic evaluations

  • Follow safety and infection control procedures

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members

**Minimum Qualifications **

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with ARDMS.

  • Minimum of 1 year/sof recent experience as an Ultrasound Tech.

  • Previous dental or medical sterilization experience.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents.
