Senior Front-End Developer - Hybrid

Job Duties

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Front-End Developer for a hybrid position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN. This is a 7+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $61.81 - $64.38 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Front-End Developer to join a dynamic, small team within a larger organization, requiring an onsite presence 1-2 days a week. You will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences by developing and maintaining complex React-based applications. As a key contributor, you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products within the retail media and advertising technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies

*Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion

*Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices

*Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness

*Contribute to design and architecture decisions

*Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies

Primary Requirements:

*5+ years of professional front-end development experience

*Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript

*Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards

*Experience with Redux for state management

*Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
