In this role, you won’t just have a job—you’ll have a purpose. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills using evidence-based ABA therapy. Every session is an opportunity to create real, lasting change. 💙 ✨ What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

  • Track progress and collect meaningful session data

  • Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

🎯 What You Bring

  • Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!)

  • Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs

  • Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection

  • Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA)

  • A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset
