QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or related experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP)

  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with internal and external customers of Enable Injections
  • Ability to take direction from supervisors and adjust to changing work targets
  • Desire to work in a constantly changing, dynamic work environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to follow defined procedures

  • Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
  • Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Ability to operate lab instrumentation and equipment
  • Ability to lift and move 20 lbs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the purchasing, accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of journal entries related to monthly General Ledger activity and adjusting journal entries
  • Analyze and research financial information pertaining to statements of operations, assets, liabilities, and capital
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Follow department and company policies and procedures
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
