The Opportunity

We are currently building a talent pool for future Project Management opportunities across Engineer to Lead levels within our team. This is an opportunity to be considered for upcoming roles and contribute to shaping the future of Sysco’s customer experience from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordina t ing with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensur ing all projects  are delivered  on time and within scope

  • Develop ing technically feasible project scopes and obj ectives , involving all relevant stakeholders

  • Develop ing detailed project plan s to track progress and us ing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule

  • Identify ing roadblocks and risks wi th the team, and actively work ing on eliminating both, with escalation done as required

  • Perform ing risk management to minimize project risks

  • Liais ing continuously with the product owner to ensure user stories are c learly defined, estimated and prioritized , and ensur ing a daily status is communicated to manag ement and other stakeholders

R equirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage , and for Project Lead 1-2 Years, for Snr Project Lead 2-4 Years, for As sociate Project Manager 4-6 Years and for Project Manager 6-8 years of experience in Agile project management

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) will be an added advantage

  • Sound knowledge of risk identification and mitigation

  • Business domain knowledge and a technical background will be highly advantageous

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills together with a commitment to all-round quality
