Job Summary

Join a fast-paced warehouse team responsible for receiving, moving, picking, packing, and shipping products in a cold storage environment. This role requires safe operation of warehouse equipment, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

• Load, unload, stage, and move products throughout the warehouse.

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize storage areas.

• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience.

• Experience with RF scanners and order picking.

• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment (up to -2°F).

Work Environment Cold storage warehouse (40°F to -2°F) with regular use of forklifts and warehouse equipment. Available shifts include Tuesday-Saturday (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) and Monday-Friday (4:00 PM-12:30 AM).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockhart, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
