Location: Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY $22.84 per hour | Full-Time | Thurs - Mon 11:30pm-8:30am Tues & Wed OFF

As a Residential Advisor at Delaware Valley Job Corps, you're helping young adults (ages 16–24) develop the life skills, confidence, and personal responsibility they need to succeed both on campus and beyond.

Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults gain the education, career training, and life skills needed to build successful futures.
What You'll Do
- Help students develop positive behaviors, independence, and life skills • Create a safe, supportive, and structured living environment • Monitor dormitories and campus areas to ensure student safety and accountability • Provide guidance, mentoring, and conflict resolution when needed • Lead group discussions and activities that promote personal growth • Support student leadership opportunities and positive peer interactions • Maintain student records, reports, and case notes • Coordinate with counselors and other staff to support student success • Model professionalism, responsibility, and Career Success Standards

Qualifications
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent required • One year of Job Corps or related youth program experience required • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide young adults • Valid driver's license preferred • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
