Description: St. Mary Physicians Group, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiology Langhorne team!

Practice Highlights

Position Requirements: A: Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.

B: Education:

  • Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan

  • Diagnose acute and chronic conditions

  • Emphasize preventive care and population health management

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

  • Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives

Schedule & Call:

Full-Time​

5-day work week, one weekend a month hospital rounding.
