In this primarily driving role, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, assist with badge-related activities, help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report observations.

• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

• Assist with maintaining an orderly work environment by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and maintenance issues to designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
