Required Education:: High school diploma or equivalent

Job Description:

The Contractor shall provide support in the administration, management, and dispensation of pay, entitlements and benefits to military personnel. The Contractor shall possess extensive knowledge and full understanding of and experience with the USMC’s Marine Corps Total Force System as well as feeder and supporting sub-systems; the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulations; the Joint Travel Regulations and complementing Joint instructions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contractor shall conduct audits, identify errors in dispensation, and identify appropriate corrective action.

  • Contractor shall conduct analysis to identify the root causes for errors, and provide recommendations for changes to procedures, processes, and/or technical systems to the Director, CPAC.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience with the USMC's pay system

  • Extensive knowledge of the USMC's Total Force System, as well as feeder and supporting sub-systems, DoD Financial Mgt Regulations, the JTR, and complementing Joint instructions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Secret

  • Typical office environment:

  • Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.

  • Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.

  • Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30–50 pounds.

  • Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components.

  • Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.

  • Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights.

  • Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation.

  • May require walking between different buildings or workstations.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users.

  • May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues
