Radiologic Technologist – Join Our Diagnostic Imaging Team!
Location: Geneva General Hospital
Department: Radiology - Diagnostic
Reports To: Director of Diagnostics

As a Radiologic Technologist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports exceptional patient care across all age groups — from pediatrics to geriatrics.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative and experienced team, using advanced imaging technology to perform a wide range of diagnostic exams. This is more than just taking images — it’s about bringing compassion, precision, and professionalism to every patient interaction.
What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality radiographic studies in accordance with physician requests and established protocols.

Operate radiographic and related imaging equipment (including CR & PACS systems) with accuracy and confidence.

Ensure safety and radiation protection for patients, self, and staff using appropriate shielding and collimation.

Participate in rotating on-call, weekend, and holiday schedules — demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Maintain accurate electronic documentation using RIS and PACS systems.

Provide safe and effective care to patients across the lifespan, adapting to their unique needs.

Practice Infection Control following Universal Precautions and hospital safety standards.
What You Bring

Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or AAS in Radiologic Technology.

License: Current NYS Radiologic Technologist license (required).

Certification: ARRT certification (preferred).

Experience: Completion of a 24-month radiologic program with a strong foundation in diagnostic procedures; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Commitment to maintaining 12 CE credits annually.

Computer literacy and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
