Full job description
Job Title: Assembler Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler where you will be instrumental in the construction of high-end coffee machines. You will work collaboratively at designated workstations, contributing to the assembly line team.
Responsibilities

Work at designated workstations as part of the assembly line team.

Perform sub-assembly tasks contributing to the overall build of a coffee machine.

Assemble various mechanical and electrical components, including washers, screws, wires, panels, and hoses.

Utilize hand and power tools such as electric drills, tape measures, and torque drivers.

Rotate between different workstations to learn the full assembly process for each machine.

Participate in the assembly of different machine types, rotating between models.
Essential Skills
-
At least 1 year of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing environments.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience with assembly, electronics, and sub-assembly.

Familiarity with blueprints, micrometers, calipers, or gauges.

Experience assembling from start to finish.

Work Environment
Work in a small, air-conditioned assembly facility with a strong focus on work efficiency and balance. Employees work 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and are encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance without overtime. The facility allows workers to sit, eat, drink, and listen to music while meeting their quotas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allen Park, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.77 - $18.77/hr.
