Sign on bonus of up to $7,500.00 available for qualified candidates!
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and provide therapy services to Cheshire Medical Center's inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician. Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult. Coordinate and communicate activities with the health care team and the patient. Provide appropriate patient-related documentation, including quality assessment. BS degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program. Current New Hampshire Physical Therapy license and BLS required. 1-year experience preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
