Job Title: General Labor
Manager Title Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. FECON is known for having very high-quality products and a team culture – and we are growing! We design, build, test, sell and service our equipment consisting of products such as our well-known “Bull Hog” mulchers, the Stump Ex, our high-quality FTX tractors of varying horsepower, as well as many other attachments. Job Summary:
The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Completes break out of material from laser systems.

Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.

Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
-
Must also be quality and safety driven.
-
Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.

Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
-
High school education or equivalent.

Crane and forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.

Most work performed standing at floor level.
