Full job description

At Alpine Eagle, we are a team of specialists with backgrounds in defence, aerospace engineering and machine learning, building innovative counter-UAV technology.

We're growing fast and are looking for a team member to keep our People Operations running smoothly. From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between - you'll handle the details that keep our team supported and compliant, especially with German labor law.

If you're organized, pro-active, discreet, and know your way around People Operations in Germany, we’d love to hear from you.

🎯 How you will make an impact:

• Maintain and improve our HR system - not just data entry, but ensuring we’re compliant, efficient, and audit-ready

• Draft, manage, and store contracts, agreements, and official documents

• Organize onboarding and offboarding - communication, checklists, welcome kits and exit info

• Be the go-to person for daily employee questions - time off, policies, legal regulations

• Support with insights - tracking headcount, absences, and people trends

• Take ownership of HR projects - yearly feedback cycle, employee benefits, employee engagement, etc.

✅ What you need to be successful:

  • Completed university studies in Business, HR, Psychology, or a similar vocational training

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations role in Germany

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience working with German labor law

• Familiar with digital HR tools (Personio, LinkedIn, Greenhouse)

• Reliable, discreet, organized, pro-active

  • Business-fluent German and English is required
