Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Workflow Supervisor positions in Monterey Park, CA This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Workflow Supervisor, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

Prioritize and distribute daily work assignments based on production needs and deadlines.

Monitor workflow and team performance to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.

Collaborate with supervisors to establish and adjust processing priorities throughout the shift.

Provide day-to-day support by answering employee questions and assisting with operational issues.

Perform processing tasks and production work as needed to support team goals.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate workplace systems.

Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production setting.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new processes.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
