This person will drive supplier readiness, execute quality planning, and resolve systemic issues to ensure flawless new product launches and sustained production quality.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT processes, or supplier quality engineering.

-Strong knowledge of SMT processes, PCB assembly standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001), and IATF 16949 requirements.

  • Familiarity with automotive electronics validation, reliability, and environmental testing (thermal, vibration, HALT/HASS

-Knowledge of SMT line equipment, solder paste, reflow profiles, PCB design rules, and defect analysis techniques

-Monitor supplier KPIs (PPM, OTD, escapes) and drive corrective and preventive actions

-Audit and qualify SMT manufacturing processes: stencil printing, solder paste inspection, pick & place, reflow soldering, wave soldering, selective soldering, conformal coating, AOI, X-ray, ICT, functional test
