Your Role As a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on our acute care team, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. This role offers flexible, primarily weekend and holiday coverage—ideal for maintaining work-life balance. You’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to support patient recovery through hands-on care, collaboration, and compassionate communication.
