Overview:

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA, is hiring a Food Service Worker II, to act as a team lead for the department. This is a full time, rotating shift position with rotating weekends.

Hours

  • Monday - Friday: must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6am - 7pm

  • Rotating Weekends

Overview

Acts as team lead to lead Food Service Workers in daily food and tray line set up, service and clean up/sanitation. Helps train new staff; conducts inventory, assigns tasks, monitors portion control and ensures service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned and procedures for recipes, menus, quality and safe food handling guidelines are followed.

Education

  • High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure

  • Food Handlers Card (Required)

Experience

  • Two years of previous food service experience (Required)

  • Previous team lead or supervisory experience (Preferred)
