Annual Salary: Up to $96/k – $100/k (Based on License & Experience)

Requirements:

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience

  • At least 1 year in long-term care or sub-acute care

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

Licensure & Certification:

  • Active NYS RN License

  • Current CPR Certification

  • Accu-Chek and IV Therapy Certification

  • Annual CEU Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative:

  • Lead and coordinate clinical operations on assigned unit or shift

  • Support and guide staff with clinical decisions and delegation

  • Ensure thorough assessment and care planning for residents

  • Conduct frequent rounds to ensure care standards and resident needs are met

  • Monitor and follow up on nursing documentation and performance

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on quality and compliance issues

Personnel:

  • Promote interdepartmental cooperation to maintain seamless resident care

  • Conduct regular team meetings to identify and resolve issues

  • Enforce policies fairly and equitably, without bias or discrimination
