Come join the company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data. As the leading data security platform purpose-built for the cloud era, Cyera’s mission is to reinvent how businesses secure data, enable agile collaboration, and boldly pursue new business opportunities. Trusted by security teams at leading global businesses, our team is proving that data security is the next big thing in cyber. Backed by the world’s leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data security.

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated, multi-touch programmes including events, digital campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives. You’ll gain first-hand experience in how a fast-growing company builds a world-class brand across the EMEA region, executing field and channel marketing programmes that directly support our sales and partner ecosystem in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The ideal candidate is both a team player and a self-starter - someone who is hands-on, relationship-driven, and passionate about taking projects from concept to flawless execution, with a strong feel for the nuances of the DACH market.

This is a remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home wherever you're based in Germany. To stay closely connected with the team, we ask that you join an in-person team day roughly once a month. These gatherings rotate between different German cities, so the travel is shared fairly and gives everyone the chance to collaborate face-to-face, build relationships, and align on regional priorities before heading back to remote work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Field & Channel Marketing Execution:

  • Develop and deliver integrated regional marketing programmes to build pipeline and brand awareness across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

  • Work closely with sales leadership and partner teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with territory plans, sales objectives, and pipeline goals.

  • Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives with channel partners and alliances - including co-branded events, digital campaigns, and demand generation activities. Campaigns & Events:

  • Plan and manage high-impact regional events - from conferences and roadshows to partner summits and webinars - ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI.

  • Coordinate logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and pipeline creation. Channel Enablement:

  • Develop and manage co-marketing and partner enablement activities to drive adoption, brand alignment, and joint revenue growth.

  • Create and share marketing toolkits, campaign templates, and enablement resources tailored for partner use in the DACH region. Collaboration & Measurement:

  • Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure lead follow-up, tracking, and conversion are optimised.

  • Measure and report on field and channel marketing performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversion, velocity, and ROI. Content & Messaging:

  • Adapt and localise global messaging for regional relevance, ensuring it resonates with DACH audiences - including German-language adaptation where appropriate.

  • Contribute to the creation of compelling campaign copy, partner assets, and digital marketing content. Requirements REQUIRED BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience delivering enterprise Field Marketing and channel marketing excellence
