Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a 2nd shift Picker Packer to join their team. As a 2nd shift Picker Packer, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the production and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Picker Packer

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $16.25/hr

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:50pm - 12:20am

What's the Job?

  • Packing plastic containers (like bottles) into boxes, ensuring correct labeling, sealing, and stacking

  • Monitoring materials and performing quality checks for defects

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • Assembling boxes and placing finished products into them

  • Restocking packaging supplies and keeping the workstation organized

What's Needed?

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Ability to learn machine operations

  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, lift (up to 50 lbs), stoop, and kneel

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime; training provided for new hires
