Compensation & Schedule Compensation
• $42–$47 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do As a valued member of our hygiene team, you'll play an essential role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.
Responsibilities include:
• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
• Adult and pediatric prophylaxis
• Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
• Periodontal maintenance
• Perform adjunctive hygiene therapies as indicated
• Conduct thorough patient assessments
• Review medical histories and update records
• Take diagnostic radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home care techniques
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and sterilization protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications Required:
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
• Previous clinical hygiene experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Experience with digital charting and dental software
