Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Class A Driver to support a large-scale roadway and civil construction project at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin. This individual will be responsible for transporting excavation materials, aggregates, equipment, and construction supplies to and from active job sites while supporting road construction, earthwork, grading, and utility installation. The individual should hold their Class A CDL license, have experience working around heavy civil or highway construction projects, is comfortable operating in an active construction environment, and can drive a water truck. This is
a fully on-site opportunity requiring 5, 8–10-hour shifts daily.
Day to day responsibilities

Operate water trucks safely on active construction sites

Perform dust control on haul roads, work areas, and staging locations

Support grading and compaction crews by applying water to soils as directed

Refill water trucks from approved water sources and maintain water distribution equipment

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete DOT-required documentation

Communicate with superintendents, foremen, and equipment operators regarding daily site needs

Assist with general site logistics and construction support activities as needed

Follow all OSHA, DOT, USACE, and company safety requirements

Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly
