MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: GS-8: Experience creating packages and drawing sets utilizing Computer Aided Design (CAD) software with accuracy and attention to detail; surveying and construction cost estimating of materials. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. This position will be located in one of the locations identified and will be responsible for duties such as: Utilizing field notes from various sources to plot alignments, grade lines, and cross sections. Preparing individual site drawings, standard and non-standard details, building elevations, floor and ceiling plans, and topographic drawings. Performing field investigations of proposed project home site locations to gather information. Performing construction inspection and interpreting contract plans and specifications for community and individual water supply, wastewater ad solid waste facilities.
