Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Processing Associate to support critical operational functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role serves as a key part of the operations team, ensuring incoming client and advisor requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established service level expectations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze incoming documents and accurately index them into appropriate workflows for processing

  • Review and process client, advisor, and business partner requests in accordance with established procedures

  • Sort, prepare, and distribute incoming mail

  • Scan and upload documents into electronic processing systems while ensuring accuracy and quality control

  • Process undeliverable mail and maintain associated records

  • Retrieve and fulfill requests for duplicate statements, confirmations, tax forms, and other client documentation

  • Conduct document and microfilm retrieval requests as needed

  • Meet critical processing deadlines and service level commitments

  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives

  • Partner with team members and business partners to resolve processing issues and improve workflow efficiency

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist with high-volume processing spikes across multiple functions

Skills and Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, document processing, data entry, records management, or administrative support preferred

  • Financial services, banking, insurance, or corporate operations experience

  • Experience working with electronic document management systems

  • Knowledge of records retention, compliance, and document processing procedures
