Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the distribution industry to find an Accounting Clerk (AP Focused). This is a full time, permanent position in N Denver. It is 100% in office, and is paying $55-64k. Additional information and job requirements are below. The Accounting/ Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:

Posts and runs the accounts payable checks
-
Update and maintain payroll records
-
Processing a high volume of invoices
-
Processing AP documents
-
Other AP activities
-
Reviewing invoices for completeness (verifying vendor name, address, and vendor status to determine accuracy of currency/taxes)
-
Validating scanned images for accuracy and/or missing information

Requirements

High-volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience (required)

Comfortable processing 1,200-1,500 invoices/month

Experience with Purchase Orders (85% of invoices involve PO)
