As a Bar Manager , you’re not just overseeing all aspects of beverage operations across the hotel’s outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise bartenders and bar service colleagues.

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized and professional service.

  • Develop and maintain beverage menus, cocktail concepts, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency according to brand standards.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and current beverage trends.

  • Ensure responsible alcohol service practices are followed at all times.

  • Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage, breakage, and variance.

  • Monitor beverage costs and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

  • Prepare and analyze beverage sales reports, forecasts, and operational performance.

  • Coordinate with the F&B management team to achieve revenue targets.

  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area according to HACCP and safety standards.

  • Maintain proper equipment handling and ensure all bar tools and equipment are in good condition.

  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, company policies, and local laws.

  • Create and maintain staff schedules based on business requirements.

  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to improve team performance.

  • Support special events, promotions, and VIP guest experiences.

  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.
