Salary: $150+/hr based on experience

Are you a caring provider looking for some extra hours? Lasante Health Center is seeking an Urgent Care Provider to join our dynamic team in the evenings. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care for individuals with urgent health concerns, ensuring timely assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with medical issues in a primary care setting.

  • Conduct thorough examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.

  • Collaborate with nursing and staff to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Current state medical license and ACLS/BLS certification.

  • Experience in urgent care or primary care settings.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Available to work evenings
