Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available on Day & Night Shifts.
St. Francis is hiring experienced Patient Care Associates (Nursing Assistants) and those looking to become Nursing Assistants to join our team.
Upon successful completion of this program, chosen applicants are awarded a role working at our facility in one of our numerous specialties.
This program requires a four-week training period during which candidates must be available Monday through Friday. After successfully completing training, candidates will move into their previously selected position, which includes a rotating weekend schedule.

What to expect:

Skills you will learn: Patient care activities such as proper hygienic care (bathing, showering, shaving, etc.), assisting with hydration and nutrition, ambulation and transportation of patients, therapeutic communication and assisting in emergency situations.

BLS certification provided.

Training/Orientation is fully paid at the same rate of the position.

Classroom-style learning supplemented with hands on clinical training.

Agreement to a 1-year commitment period working at St. Francis Hospital upon successful completion of the training program.

Requirements for the Nursing Assistant (Patient Care Associate) Program:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Passion for patient care, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred experience: Customer Service experience, Caregiver experience and demonstrated interest and/or exposure to healthcare.
Salary Range
USD $27.68 - USD $27.68 /Hr.
