Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Escondido, CA . This role involves conducting student evaluations and providing speech-language therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans and established care guidelines.
Responsibilities
? Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
? Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
? Provide direct speech-language therapy services
? Maintain accurate and timely documentation
? Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
? Ensure compliance with all professional, educational, and regulatory standards
Minimum Requirements
? Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
? CCC-SLP preferred (may be required based on assignment)
? Compliance with all applicable professional standards of practice
? Current CPR certification (if applicable)
? TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
? Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirements)
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age
