WHAT WILL I DO?
As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA), you will be immediately challenged with functional, broadening, and leadership experiences at a manufacturing location to prepare you for positions of greater responsibility in our Planning, Logistics Operations, and Customer Fulfillment (PLCF) organization at our world headquarters in Minneapolis or in one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide.You'llmake an impact by:
Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
Planning production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies
Managing people in manufacturing and warehouse operations
Leading complex projects whileleveragingGeneral Mills project management processes and standards

You will be placed at one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide.
IS THIS YOU?
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing aBachelorsdegree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management
Graduating in Spring 2027
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong academic record
Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills
Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiatives

The base salary for this position is $72,000.General Mills is committed to providing fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, performance, and academic background.
