Salary: $40-$45/hour

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be a part of growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in SNF setting. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.

  • Providing excellent care for our patients

  • Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members

  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients

  • Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals

  • Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes

  • Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants

  • Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
