Job position : Bench Sales Manager
Experience : 12–15 years of experience
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Bench Sales team to achieve placement and business targets.

Develop effective strategies to market Bench Consultants and H1B Transfer Candidates.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the vendor/contact network.

Build and maintain strong relationships with T1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients.

Monitor team performance, daily activities, and weekly KPIs.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to improve team productivity and placement outcomes.
Requirements:

Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales with proven team management skills.

Experience in handling Bench Consultants and H1B Transfer Candidates.
