Full job description
Now Hiring: Full-Time Floor Tech — Upstate, SC
TC Services, a nationally recognized leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Floor Techs to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a CIMS-certified janitorial company based in Greenville, we take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and delivering excellent service.
Position Details

Schedule: Full-time

8 hour shift
-
Monday to Friday

Night shift
-
Weekend availability
-
Travel is required
-
Overnight stays
-
Per diem per day

Location: On the Road (travel between job sites)

Pay Rate: $18 per hour — paid weekly

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, etc.
-
Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.
-
Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment; report worn or broken equipment promptly.
-
Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.
-
Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work.
-
Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team

Ability to train staff on proper cleaning techniques
-
Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify
-
Must be 21+ years old
Physical Requirements
-
Mobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
-
Strength: Lift and push up to 60 lbs
-
Carry 10–15 lbs on your back for at least one hour

Perform repetitive push/pull cleaning motions
-
Communication: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity)

Travel between job sites as required

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and operation of power floor equipment

Flexible schedule — may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs
