Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager.

Position Overview: Provide Program Management support for The Force Readiness Command (FORCECOM) that requires Logistics Support Services at locations: U.S. Coast Guard Special Missions Training Center (SMTC) Camp Lejeune, NC; Maritime Law Enforcement Academy (MLEA) Charleston SC; Aviation Technical Training Center (ATTC), Elizabeth City, NC and Training Center (TRACEN) Petaluma, CA. Support services include: Transportation Coordination Services, Property Coordination Services, Logistical Support Services, Warehouse Support Services, Lodging Coordination Services, and Armory Support Services.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize daily activities based on contract requirements and Government goals

  • Ensure budget, schedule, staffing, and deliverables are all met on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements

  • Interview and hire staff. Evaluate and assess employee performance. Ensure staffing levels are met for workload throughout contract life

  • Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met

  • Serve as primary POC and meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A four (4) year Business degree, a combination eight (8) years working experience within the related field of which, three (3) years' experience must be in a management or supervisory role.

  • Applicants with a non-related four (4) year degree must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Resume should clearly reflect the individuals’ experience in Program Management, facilitation, program management toolset implementation, and organization transformational efforts.
