Full job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group in Malvern, AR, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families within our community.

In your practice, you will be responsible for accurately assessing patient conditions and meticulously documenting to support billing and facilitate seamless communication with other providers. You will collaborate effectively with physicians, seeking consultation and supervision as needed to ensure proper assessment and optimal patient care. You will also take ownership in clearly communicating patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams, and utilize your knowledge and skills to provide effective supervision to clinical staff when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high quality comprehensive care within a community focused practice. In your role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, encompassing functional, mental, social, and physical conditions, to establish accurate diagnoses.

  • Actively involve patients and their caregivers in the development of personalized treatment plans.

  • Serve as a crucial interface between our clinic and other providers to ensure timely and comprehensive services for all patients.

  • Independently develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans to achieve positive patient outcomes.

  • Adhere strictly to all statutes and regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses, operating confidently within the legal boundaries of the APN category.

  • Clearly communicate patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Board-Eligible/Board-Certified

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas

Preferred:

  • Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting strongly preferred.

Pay Range

$104,000 - $125,000 /year
