What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a utility services location.

Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.

Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Maintain clear written reports and activity logs for visitor access, incidents, patrol findings, and other security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
