Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Knowledge of the principles, practices, theories, and terminology of accounting, budgeting, and fiscal management.- Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to understand and research, the principles of grant management and reporting.- Knowledge of federal and state fiscal accounting processes.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data, reports, and contract terms and conditions.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.- Ability to communicate effectively.
