The Recovery Operation Associate is in charge of investigation and resolving problematic parcels that prevents delivery completion and ensures a timely and accurate resolution.
Main Duties

Organizes and handles recovery parcels in the warehouse

Investigates problematic parcels and ensures resolution

Maintains and updates inventory of parcels
Qualifications:

At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in logistics, warehousing, recovery operations, inventory control, or claims processing is preferred.

Experience in e-commerce logistics or last-mile operations is an advantage.

Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Chat) and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or related operational systems is an advantage.
