We're seeking an experienced science and research coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in scientific research. This role includes teaching core skills in laboratory techniques, statistical analysis, and data analysis, as well as guiding students through research proposal development, scientific writing, and research publications. Coaches also support grant writing and business development strategy for those seeking funding, along with networking strategy to help students build connections in their field. Ideal candidates have professional or academic research experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex scientific and technical concepts. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
