🦷 What You’ll Do (and Grow Into) We’re looking for a new grad/resident who is comfortable with core general dentistry—or eager to become comfortable quickly—with coaching and support.
Core dentistry day one

💰 Compensation & Schedule
- 30% of collections
- Forecasted annual earnings: $230,400 – $288,000+ (production-driven)
- No lab or supply fees
- W-2 employment with full operational/administrative support
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Optional: 1 Saturday/month 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
