Hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) - Hawaii

Are you passionate about helping individuals with special needs achieve their goals? Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful impact in school-based settings throughout Hawaii.
?? Position Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) implements behavioral intervention plans and provides educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs. RBTs work closely with school professionals, behavioral specialists, and BCBAs to support learning and behavioral objectives through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
? Minimum Requirements

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) License (as applicable)

Must be supervised by a BCBA or BCaBA

One (1) Year of Relevant Experience Preferred

Associate Degree in Behavioral Studies or Related Field Preferred

Compliance with All Relevant Professional Standards of Practice

Current CPR Certification (if applicable)

TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)

Current Health Certificate (per Contract or State Regulation)

Must Meet All Federal, State, and Local Requirements

Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age
