MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Sắp xếp công nhân và nguồn lực để triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất, đồng thời theo dõi tiến độ hàng ngày.

Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân viên mới, đảm bảo đội ngũ đủ kỹ năng và số lượng cho từng công đoạn.

Giám sát dây chuyền sản xuất, xử lý sự cố phát sinh và báo cáo kịp thời cho cấp trên.

Theo dõi kết quả làm việc của nhân viên, phản hồi và đề xuất cải tiến để nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.

Truyền đạt thông tin từ công ty đến toàn bộ nhân viên và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện kế hoạch hiệu quả.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
-
Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp 12/12, Trung cấp, Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học ở tất cả các chuyên ngành.

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát dây chuyền sản xuất ở vị trí tương đương.

Thời gian làm việc: Đi 3 ca - tổng 48 tiếng/ tuần

Hiểu biết về các công đoạn lắp ráp điện tử là một lợi thế.

Có khả năng hướng dẫn, đào tạo và truyền đạt thông tin hiệu quả cho nhân viên.

Ứng viên sinh sống gần nhà máy hoặc có khả năng sắp xếp để làm việc thuận tiện tại khu vực gần nhà máy sẽ được ưu tiên

Lương gộp hàng tháng: Chưa tính phụ cấp ca đêm và tăng ca, trong đó bao gồm: (Lương cơ bản, Phụ cấp chuyên cần, Phụ cấp đi lại, Thưởng hàng tháng)

Thưởng cuối năm: 01 tháng lương cơ bản, tính theo thời gian làm việc thực tế (chi trả vào kỳ lương tháng 12).
