Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and leave management, coordinating with insurance brokers and ensuring accuracy
-
Champion employee engagement initiatives — milestone recognition, wellness activities, and team events — bringing high energy and genuine enthusiasm to foster a positive workplace culture
-
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, providing empathetic, timely resolution and support
-
Act as a true culture champion — someone employees naturally gravitate toward, who promotes organizational values, inclusion, and a collaborative environment
-
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and employee engagement surveys to support continuous improvement
-
Assist in training and development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking participation
-
Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth full-and-final settlements

3+ years of HR generalist / HR operations experience, ideally including time at a startup or high-growth company
-

-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a genuine "people person" who builds trust easily and connects well across all levels of the organization
-
High energy, empathetic, and approachable, with a natural ability to make employees feel heard and supported
-
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
-
Ability to work from Noida office 2–3 times per week
