NOW HIRING: School Aide (Afterschool Program)
2026-2027 School Year/ San Diego, CA
Amergis Staffing is currently seeking School Aide-Afterschool Program for the 2026/27 school year in the San Diego, CA area.
Position Details: must have professional experience working with kids with behavior issues. Elementary age kids
Hours/Week: 15 hours weekly (Sub Role/On Call)
Schedule: M,T,W,F (1:45pm-5:30pm) Thursday 12:15pm-5:30pm
Start Date: August 31 st , 2026
Length: 26/27 School Year
Details: Grade Level: Elementary grade, in person,

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
