Position: Contract Sourcer - Technical Recruiting Location: Bengaluru, India Job Id: 657 # of Openings: 0 Contract Sourcer Candidate must have worked for a semiconductor and/or optical communications company.
Location: Bangalore (on-site, hours flexible) Ayar Labs is shattering AI data bottlenecks by moving data at the speed of light. As pioneers of co-packaged optics (CPO), we are using light instead of electricity to move data faster, further, and with a fraction of the energy needed to fuel the explosive growth of AI models.
Backed by industry giants like NVIDIA, AMD and Intel and manufactured in partnership with the world’s leading semiconductor ecosystem, Ayar Labs’ co-packaged optics solution is key to unleashing next-generation AI scale-up architectures.
We have an aggressive hiring plan over the next 6 months, and we need a Technical Sourcer to fill a pipeline with qualified candidates for deeply technical engineering roles.
This Direct-Sourcer must be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to reach out to a high volume of engineers on LinkedIn. We do not wait for applicants… we use LinkedIn, employee referrals, and our networks, proactively reaching out to qualified candidates every day!
In this role, you’ll partner with our Director Talent Acquisition to fill a pipeline of qualified candidates for our open jobs.
Essential Responsibilities

Identify and proactively source qualified candidates on LinkedIn

Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche semiconductor community platforms

Respond to initial candidate questions, as needed

Act as a trusted partner with our Talent Acquisition team

Maintain a strong sense of urgency while preserving quality and judgement (we aspire to hire only best-in-class “A” players)

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience Required Qualifications

2+ years in semiconductors, electronics and/or optical communications

Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

Able to learn and communicate complex technical information

1+ years of experience direct sourcing engineers using LinkedIn Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a tech startup

Prior experience in a recruiting firm
