We're Hiring: Jr. Test Specialist
Ready to help test the next generation of satellites? Join our team as a Jr. Test Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of spacecraft through electrical and functional testing.
Roles and Responsibilities
Set up and configure electrical test stations based on engineering procedures. Integrate and connect test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters. Prepare test fixtures for different devices under test (DUTs). Execute test procedures accurately and document test results. Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and support failure investigations with engineers. Maintain and calibrate test equipment. Create and maintain test documentation and reports. Support continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies. Assist in training junior technicians on test equipment and procedures.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field. 0–4 years of experience in electrical/electronic testing and measurement. Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, etc.). Strong understanding of basic electronics, circuits, and measurement techniques. Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and test procedures. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with test software and data acquisition systems. Basic Python knowledge for test automation is a plus. RF testing experience (network analyzers, signal generators, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
