The RN's primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. The RN's communication, conduct and performance should support the clinics efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assesses and evaluates patient care needs. Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints

  • Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems

  • Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary

  • Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

  • Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health

  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)

Preferred Qualification:

  • 2+ years of experience working as an Registered Nurse

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 - $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
